Legal bases under the GDPR The following provides an overview of the legal bases of the GDPR on which we process personal data. Please note that national data protection regulations in your or our country of residence may also apply.
Consent Article 6 1 a GDPR The data subject has given consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Performance of a contract and pre contractual inquiries Article 6 1 b GDPR Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Legitimate interests Article 6 1 f GDPR Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
National data protection regulations in Germany In addition to the GDPR the German Federal Data Protection Act BDSG applies. The BDSG contains specific rules regarding rights to access deletion objection processing of special categories of personal data processing for other purposes transmission and automated decision making including profiling.
Transfer of personal data
During our processing of personal data data may be transmitted to or disclosed to other entities companies legally independent organizations or individuals. Recipients may include IT service providers or providers of services and content integrated into a website. EU US Data Privacy Framework The EU Commission has recognized certain US companies as providing an adequate level of data protection under the Data Privacy Framework of July 10 2023. A list of certified companies can be found on the website of the US Department of Commerce at www dataprivacyframework gov.
Deletion of data
We delete personal data in accordance with legal requirements as soon as the consent allowing processing is revoked or other permissions cease to apply for example when the purpose of processing no longer exists. If data must be retained for legal reasons processing will be limited and the data will be blocked. This applies for example to data retained for commercial or tax purposes or required to assert exercise or defend legal claims.
Rights of data subjects
As a data subject you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR
Right to object You have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Article 6 1 e or f GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on those provisions. If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes you have the right to object at any time to such processing.
Right to withdraw consent You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Right of access You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether data concerning you are being processed and to receive information about such data and a copy of the data.
Right to rectification You have the right to request the completion or correction of inaccurate data concerning you.
Right to erasure and restriction You have the right to request that data concerning you be deleted without undue delay or alternatively to request restriction of processing.
Right to data portability You have the right to receive data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured commonly used and machine readable format and to transmit those data to another controller.
Right to lodge a complaint You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.

Web analysis monitoring and optimization
